Can I choose dress colors?
Our wedding gown are always available in
white and ivory. For those gowns that have an accent
color we will always be able to make the accent and base
color combination for you for free. For available accent
colors, please see the product description for
details.
And please make sure you read the color
disclaimer policy.

Do you send out swatches?
Swatches are provided at no cost, please email all the swatch request to
swatch@cathaybridal.com , Please put
your name, address, telephone No and styles that you are interested
in the email. Normally you should get the swatches within 1 week.

What if I cannot find my
size?
We have standard size from 2-28 for wedding dresses, but we can always make the gowns based your actual
measurements at additional $50. When this option is chosen, we are able provide you any size you want.
And this special service takes the same processing time, that means
you still can get your special order gowns in 2-3 weeks after
purchase.

What if I cannot find what I want?
We work closely with the manufactory, our talent and
experienced tailor can custom made a gown based on the pictures or
drafts. So email us your requirements along with the pictures. I can
give you a quote. Normally, the price can be as low as 250 or as
high as 800. It all depends on the style and material you
choose.
Or you want to do a small change on the wedding
dresses you see on the website, such as adding a bustle or change
the zip back to lace up back. We can always do this at a very minor
fee, contact us for details.

How long will it take to
get my wedding dress?
Normally your gown can be shipped out within 2-3
weeks.10 day Rush service is also available for additional $25. When
rush service is selected, the dress can be delivered as quick as 7
days.

Do you have any promotion going on?
From time to time, Cathay Bridal offers promotional discounts and coupons through our own websites or our partner websites. You can find these coupons at many different coupon sites across the Internet.
Because many sites post our coupons without consent, we cannot be responsible for erroneous information or expired coupon codes.
All coupons will be honored at the sole discretion of Cathay Bridal. Discounts are strictly one per household, and we reserve the right to end any discount at any time.
