Color Disclaimer
Due to many factors, we cannot guarantee
that the colors displayed on the website will exactly
match the color of the dress. There are many variables
which can change the color you see as you view our
site. Computer monitors display up to millions of
colors and the human eye can only decipher a very
small fraction of those colors. And within that small
fraction, we all see them differently. In addition,
people's monitor settings may influence how colors
are displayed.
Computer monitors have inherent limitations,
and electronically reproducing color on the Internet
is imprecise. Therefore, we cannot assure you that what
you see accurately portrays the color. We have gone
to great lengths to portray colors as accurately as
possible.

Shipping Policy
Cathay Bridal is serious about providing excellent
customer service and fast delivery. Compare to
Traditional Bridal salon's 8-12 week standard service, our standard
process time is only 2-3 weeks. We even provide rush 10 day service
at only $25 surcharge.
All items have a fixed S+H price that
includes insurance, automated tracking, and delivery
notification. When multiple items are purchased from
us, automatic discounts are taken to reduce total S+H.
A
ll shipments carry UPS insurance and
are fully insured up to the full purchase price. In
case your item is received damaged, please contact us
and we will immediately file a UPS claim for you. UPS
is excellent when processing claims settlements.

Returns Policy
Wedding
Gowns
We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered Wedding
Gowns. We do not accept returns on custom size gowns or
specialty ordered gowns, in stock gowns, or discontinued
gowns. In order for your return to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:

You
must notify us that you need to return the gown within 3 days of
when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier.

You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of the box. Any gown returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited.

The gown must be in brand-new, unworn condition. The gown cannot be altered. The gown be in perfect condition - no dirt, no make-up, absolutely perfect and clean!

All
returned gowns will have a 40% restocking fee applied from the
full purchase price of the gown. No manufacturer will take any
gowns back from Cathay Bridal so therefore we must have a 40% restocking fee. In addition you will incur any shipping
fees, transaction fees and insurance fees.

Any
refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 40%
restocking fee.

We must receive the gown within 10 days after we give your authorization to return. If we do not receive your gown within 10 days, no credit will be given.

Once we receive your gown, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of issuing return authorization, we will inspect it and notify you of the amount of credit we have made to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cathay Bridal has the most upfront return policy in the
industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.
Other Merchandise
We do NOT accept returns on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, Accessories or slips.
We
only do exchanges if you order the same color
bridesmaid dress as shown on the picture, there are no return or
exchange on
other colors.
There
will be a 30% fee applied to the exchange for a different size. So make sure you order the right size.

Damaged Merchandise
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves us. All
merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your
merchandise is damaged you must let us know within 3 days after your
carrier has dropped of the package. If our staff finds that the
merchandise is defective or damaged then we will contact the
manufacturer and get new merchandise out to you as quickly as possible.( normally
within 1 week). If we find that the merchandise is not defective in
any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped
back to you. Cathay Bridal will incur shipping charges on damaged
merchandise. We will not incur shipping or insurance charges on
merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
Cancelled Orders

All
orders cancelled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose
50% of the Merchandise purchase price if the gown has not
shipped out.

There
is no cancellation on the gowns that has already been shipped
out.

We
do NOT accept
cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, Accessories,
Prom dresses or slips.

Rush
cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be cancelled or changed.
