Chart
IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR SIZE.
Please
compare size with your measurements. Wedding Gowns can normally be let
out about 1 to 2 inches in the sides and about 1 inch in the
zipper. This is not a guarantee! It is YOUR responsibility to
choose a workable size. It is always better to buy too big than
too small since gowns can be altered in many sizes but only let
out just so much! If you¡¯re right on the edge of two sizes,
order the larger. You order your gown to fit your largest
measurement size.
Wedding dress is sized differently than ready to
wear clothes. Normally it runs smaller. Thus it is very important that you use this guide in
conjunction with the size chart to help you determine your size
in order to save time and money. Please also read our
instruction on how to measure.

How To Measure?
To ensure accurate
measurements for the wedding dresses we suggest having a professional
seamstress measure you. If you do not get a
professional seamstress to take your
measurements you should follow this guide to
ensure proper fit.
Please
Note: You should always have someone else take
your measurements, physically measuring yourself
will provide you with inaccurate numbers, so
please have someone help you.
All Measurement must be
taken while bride is wearing the same heel
height and undergarments as the day of wedding.
(including her slip)
- Bust:
Not your bra size! Take the tape
around your back and bring it across
the fullest part of your bust. Your
arms should be relaxed, down at your
sides. You must wear a bra when taking
this measurement.
- Waist:
This is the smallest part of your
waist. Typically it's an inch or so
above your belly button. Also known as
the natural waistline.
- Hip:
This is the widest part of your hips,
across the hipbone. Measurement is
taken approximately 7 inches below the
natural waistline.
- Shoulder
width:
- Hollow
to Hem: Start the tape at the hollow
at the base of your neck and measure
down to where you want the hem. If
your skirt will be full, be sure to
measure out at an angle to allow for
the fullness. Also, be sure you¡¯re
wearing the same
height heel you'll
wear on your wedding day.
- Arm
Girth: measure around the largest part
of your upper arm, see picture. (only
needed for dress with sleeves)
- Inside
Sleeve: start the tape in your armpit
and measure your straight arm to the
wrist. (only needed for dress with
sleeves)
